We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. This issue can occur when users mistakenly insert Appsumo codes instead of the purchase code that they receive via email after redeeming the Appsumo code on our website or use it from our store when you login.
If this situation doesn't apply to you, we kindly ask that you select the "Pre-Purchase Category" and create a private ticket. This is extremely important because it allows us to see the ticket and promptly assist you. In your private ticket, please provide your purchase code so we can perform the necessary checks.
Regarding the second issue, it appears that you've created a Simple table. Please note that Simple tables have certain limitations compared to other data tables in our plugin:
- They lack features like front-end editing, sorting, searching, filtering, exporting, or pagination.
- Creating charts from this table type is not currently supported.
- You can't use foreign keys, placeholders, or conditional formatting, but you can format each cell individually.
- Add-ons are not compatible with Simple data tables.

If your situation aligns with the limitations mentioned above, we recommend creating a new manual table. Once created, this table will be available in the chart wizard, allowing you to create charts. Same issue for me and thus I refunded. I guess the price of wpDataTable is a lot cheaper at Appsumo than its official website. Thus, the support intentionally ignore the issues posted by Appsumo users. I have also asked what is the difference between the deal in AppSumo (half price) and its official website (2 times more expensive), but never get a reply from the support. Due to poor support, I will stay away from this plugin.
