Q: Hi, Curious, The missing Add-ons is a big turn off.
At least you could allow customers to pick 2-3 add-ons based on their need.
At $49 and missing Add-ons, this deal isn't a Sumo worthy deal. Compare at other deals where they are going to incur monthly video hosting, API costs, transcript generation etc. etc. this one doesn't have any monthly operations charges for the usage from customers.
Low number of sales is an indication that this one isn't a sumo worthy deal.
It's pitty that this is your second trip to AS and you still didn't listen to the customer feedback.
Hope you reconsider your stance and improve the deal.
