Q: Hi there, I purchased the 5 license deal last night - I have tried to redeem it today (on your landing page here = https://wpdatatables.
com/appsumo/), using the Appsumo code in my account. After filling it in and submitting the form, it says to check my emails. Nothing comes through (I have checked spam too).
So I then tried to setup a support ticket in https://tmsplugins.ticks but it won't let me as it says the purchase code is invalid??
So I then went back to your landing page to try and submit it again, and now that ALSO says the purchase code is invalid??!
Not great.
Please can someone give me a support email or phone number that I can contact to get this sorted out urgently please.
