Q: I had bought wpdatatables via codecanyon some years ago but never renewed support there.
I am looking into purchasing a lifetime license via Appsumo. That said I have a question...
Does your support include assistance with the mysql queries? For some reason I had several issues with the queries generated by the constructor..... Errors would be triggered and not being a developer meant that most of the time I wasn't able to find a solution. Does lifetime support include assistance with such issues?

Included support doesn't cover writing custom MySQL queries. The included query constructors are not ultimate query constructors but should be treated as helpers, that construct a suggestion of a query. Often, you will need to work on your queries to get the desired data in the table.
Our support agents can take a look at your query, but the query constructor usually creates a complex query, that would need to be overwritten almost entirely, so that would fall under creating custom queries, which is not included in the provided support. We can offer some advice, but writing queries can't be provided.
