Q: I submitted a ticket 4 days ago, so far no response.
I try to create a table from a csv file but get an error.
Is the ticket system working?

To begin, we wish to pass the heartfelt apologies from our Support Team for the delayed reply,
which is due to an unexpectedly high volume of inquiries.
We truly value your patience during this period.
Our Support Team has searched through all of our unanswered tickets and they responded today to one about a User not being able to import a CSV for a new Table.
They isolated the issue ( it was due to file formatting) and are following up with the user on that ticket, but we are not sure if that was yours.
Please let us know if your ticket remained unanswered and if so, could you please confirm what is the ticket number so we will notify our Support right away?
