I use affiliatewp plugin to get customers through referrals.
Here is a usage scenario.

Affiliate A posts a review about our product on his blog, the review has a link to our website, this link contains his affiliate ID, for example https://domain.com/ref-a.

When a visitor to his blog clicks on this link and goes to my site and buys a product, Affiliate A gets a commission.

So far, everything is OK.

Now suppose wpfunels is used.
Affiliate A referred customer B to our site and bought product X and then upsell product Y to him. customer B bought product Y after buying product X.
Then, there are two cases.
Does Affiliate A get a commission for Product X?
Does Affiliate A get a commission for Product Y?

Hi, the case that you explained, yes, Affiliate A will get a commission for both the products.

The sales and orders in the plugin are handled via WooCommerce, and AffiliateWP considers commissions based on orders, so this should naturally happen when you use WPFunnels.
