NEmilioQ: Hi, I saw your announcement about webhooks only being available to the Tier 3 plan.
I really like the product and you guys, now... You need to be transparent to all your users and keep your successful track record.
It's critical to clarify everything to everyone evaluating your product or who has already bought it, namely what is included and not included in the different tiers.
Webhooks are now only available to Tier 3, and what about LearnDash and other features?
Can you update the page deal to reflect that (which should be done from the beginning)?
By explaining what is and what is not included in each tier, we can decide accordingly before the deal ends, and not be surprised in the future.
I believe this will help everyone and will avoid future confusion and issues.

May 14, 2024A: Hi, I understand the error we made when we didn't announce earlier that Webhooks is going to be an Addon.
Initially, we never had plans to work on it anytime soon, but we always had in mind that since this is not necessary for core funnel building and execution, we would make it an addon and include it in the highest tier/plan only.
As you can see, we haven't mentioned it on the deal page as we never had plans to work on it at this time, to begin with.
When we talk about platform integrations such as LearnDash, MemberPress, Booking plugins, ActiveCampaign, and other such integrations, they will be for all Tiers and all plans including the free plugin.
But if we release any WPFunnels native addons, they will vary tier to tier. Having said that, we don't have any Addon plans right now. And in the future, if we do plan for Addons, we will inform everyone beforehand.

To say you haven't mentioned webhooks on the deal page is duplicitous.
You mentioned it in replies to questions here:

And you never said it would be tier 3 only.
I'm sick of companies like yours abusing the AppSumo system. Normally it's the other way around - companies who (try to) reduce the deal by hiding something away in the comments that make the deal terms worse. You can't change the deal terms legally like that.
But this is the opposite. You can't make promises in the comments that improve the deal and then go back on them! It's basic consumer law.
You have no valid argument or defence on this tier 3 webhook stance at all. You said "all future pro plan updates" and nothing in the pricing says the three tiers are different plans, so they are all pro plan, so they should all have webhooks.
You've destroyed your reputation in one stupid greedy mistake. Shame on you.
Hi Nelson, we have decided to add all the features(including future updates) & add-ons to all of our early adopters & AS Plans ( pro). So to keep it simple, there will be no limit on the features. Thanks
