It's worth noting that we launched the LTD almost four years ago, and your refund request comes quite some time after the purchase. Can you confirm if you bought it directly from our website or AS?

After a major update to the plugin, and quite an extensive back and forth with the team at WP Funnels, it works beautifully and amazingly well on my WordPress site. I wanted to stress the fact that the team at WP Funnels is very responsive, they respond to my emails within the day and they do what they promise. If you want an amazing drag and drop funnel editor that enables you to upsell, downsell and cross-sell items, THIS is what you need. I used to reply on OneClick Upsell but it didn't have the option to down-sell, and not even clone the pages and funnels to save time doing multiple funnels. WP Funnels meets all expectations and ticks all the boxes, and one of the best parts is that you are able to work with Elementor and create the upsell and downsell pages as you want. Excellent work, well done!

Love the idea - but still in the "hold on"-loop awaiting the features I need to make use out of this purchase, since I need to be able to use it for Lead Generation - totally disconnected (actually I do not even want to have WooCommerce to be installed) from WooCommerce. So yes - since the developer told me that feature (Lead Funnels - without the need of WooCommerce) would be on the roadmap ... I purchased the highes tier ... since I really love the look and feel of this and how it "should" work. But so far I could not use it, since this feature simply has not been added so far.
@Developers. I have seen many requests to have WPFunnels work as standalone (without WooCommerce) and for LeadGeneration. Would you please update also here about the progress - and when we can expect a version that does this?

Hi, thanks for sharing your requirements.
You see, initially, we built the plugin around the WooCommerce ecosystem. So upon planning a complete Lead Generation funnel, we came across several barriers.
Right now, we are focusing on brushing up the plugin so that when we start working on making the plugin usable without WooCommerce, people do not face any issues.
so the plugin it's meant to have widgets created at elementor - where widgets are not there! tried to contact support and so far unable to even send a message. reading the other people's feedback in support seems will be useless -
the templates they have are pretty bad customised- just about 8 templates - not more than that - very limited - poor design - unusable plugin

Hi Eduardo, if you faced any issue with the widgets, then there is a chance it's a conflict with your theme.
As you know, there are thousands of themes out there and it's quite difficult to make the plugin compatible with all of them.
