Is there a way for clients to submit support tickets with email updates when myself or the client responds? Also do you have any videos showing it in action?

Apr 15, 2025A: Both the features "client-side task creation" and "email notifications" are currently under-development.
FYI, in this week's update we've released activity log tracker and remote licence manager.
