to/health to fwd to health.com today , can I change it to fwd to another website, healthness.com two weeks later, then to healthcenter.com next month?

Custom domain names mean we can use mydomainname.com instead of pxl.to ?

If I setup mydomainname.com as custom domain name, can I allow my followers to create their own shortened link using mydomainname.com ? For example:
mydomainname.com/sarah
mydomainname.com/james
mydomainname.com/john
mydomainname.com/adam
It's like bitly allow us to shorten a website with custom URL. Can this tool do that?
