Hello. I purchased Tier 4 of the product, but I'm having trouble using it and can't find any online help on the website. For example, I search for a keyword or niche, and related keywords don't appear. I need to know about searches, CPC, and competition, but nothing appears. What's wrong?

Any other one that shows results, try a short word or more generic to see all keywords for your niche.
