Hello, sorry for being not perfect! Currently, our support location is Portuguese, which actually covers US / Europe / Asia time zones well. Yes, we write in our support that it's not live and it may take 1 business day to respond, but that doesn’t mean it will take that much time. We want to set up the right expectations, especially while the AppSumo launch is significantly affecting our support!
