I purchased access to Writeseed, and it was redeemed (but there was different email addressed used for creating account). I managed to use the platform once but now I don't have access to it. I can login but all functions are inactive (even "Logout" can't be clicked on). I tried on varius browsers and nothing helped. Support from Writeseed itself sends answers (probably created automatically by AI) which don't help and have nothing in common with my problem.
After loggin in I can see on first screen "Try 7-days trial". There is no "x" box so to close it I press "esc" and after that I can see all of the writeseed functions, but they are all inactive (nothing happens after clicking on them). Also site menu is not responding.
