No contact details at all which is strange, not even an email address unless you dig through terms and conditions where I found one eventually.
Biggest problem: WHERE is the "Chat" function? I saw videos, example just from last month - https://yewtu.be/watch?v=VbsucBFaH2Y (5 mins in) which shows "Chat" option on menu. that was my MAIN reason for buying, but it's disappeared, doesn't show for me at all. I wanted to interact with AI and ask questions such as 'generate html code to do xyz', as advertised in your own videos I think, but I can't see any way to do that. Has that feature been removed?

That's a chrome extension. (which I won't be using). I am talking about the CHAT feature on the top navigation INSIDE WriteSeed web app dashboard.

That shows what I am talking about. The "Chat" option, which opens a CHAT! I can't find that anywhere, please advise. thanks
