Q: Urgent Support Request: SEO Score, NLP Terms, Chrome Extension & AI Images
I couldn’t find a direct contact option on your website, so I’m reaching out this way.
I have a few urgent questions:
SEO Score:
When I had the 1-tier plan, articles created via “SEO Research & Full-Length Article” often reached a score of 100. Since upgrading to 4 tiers, the SEO score rarely goes above 80. Why is that?
Missing NLP Terms:
Important NLP keywords are often missing from the AI-generated texts, which likely causes the lower SEO score. Using the Semantic NLP Writer actually drops the score even further (sometimes down to 40), and I can't seem to improve it.
Chrome Extension:
The shortcut “Alt + K” doesn’t work for me at all. Is there another way to activate it?
AI Images:
Is it possible to generate AI images directly in the article? I only get random Unsplash photos that don’t match the content.

our support link is right on our homepage in the middle of the main menu.
The SEO score depends on the NLP keywords and has nothing to do with your tier.
You can manually add the NLP terms but it is just an optional recommendation.
Instead of “Alt + K” you can just click the little icon in the bottom right corner of your browser, if there is no icon you probably didn't install the extension.
You can generate AI images in the last step of our long-form AI article writer (first template in dashboard).

Even when I manually add the NLP keywords, the SEO score doesn’t improve. All the metrics are green — readability, structure, keyword usage, etc. — but the score still won’t go up. That’s why it’s still unclear to me why sometimes I get a score of 100, but most of the time it stays at 80.
