I purchased and activated 4 AppSumo Tier licenses, expecting to use the features that were advertised. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.

Despite having Tier 4 activated, I'm now being prompted to purchase an additional Tier 1 account just to use Claude Opus and GPT-5.5, even though these features were previously available and advertised. This feels like the product offering has changed after purchase.

Another major disappointment is that Bangla language support was promised, but it still hasn't been delivered. I chose this platform partly because of that commitment, and it's frustrating to see it remain unavailable.

Frequent feature restrictions, upselling after purchase, and changes to what was originally included have significantly reduced my confidence in the platform.

I hope the team honors the commitments made to existing customers, restores the originally advertised features for Tier 4 users, and delivers the promised Bangla support as soon as possible.
