Q: Hiya!
I'm excited to explore the Wylo platform but had a few questions -
1.) It says there is a 75k email limit on Tier 3 but unlimited users. So if your community has 75k members in it, does that mean you'll only be able to send them one email? And does that limit include automatic email notifications?
2.) It says on your road map you have added custom fields to profiles. What types of fields can be added (text, drop-down, radio, number, etc), and how many custom fields can be added? Lastly, can you group members by those custom fields?
3.) Is there a way to label certain members?
4.) It says in your pipeline that you will have audio/video chats. Will this be one-on-one, group, or both? When will this feature be released? I'm specifically wondering if this feature will function like Discord. If it does, that would be an amazing game changer for me as there is ZERO community platform out there that supports this currently.
5.) Will the booking scheduler apply to members, just admins, or specific roles?
6.) How do group chats work?
7.) Is Stripe the payment processor?
8.) What are the features that are or will be included with courses?
9.) Will there be options for one-time upgrades to increase folders, email, limits, or anything else that has a cap?
10.) Can members create group chats on their own or does it have to be in a specific thread?
11.) What options will be available for the gated community when that feature is released and how long before it's released?
12.) How fast is your dev team?

1) Yes. But you can always get extra emails as an add-on depending on your usage. And this does not include automatic email notifications
2) You will be able to add short text, long text, number, link, dropdown, and usertags. There is no limit on the number of fields. Yes you can group them using the usertags and you can put it as a custom profile field for them to choose from.
3) As I said previously, you can use the usertags to label members
4) This will be both. It will be taken up in the second quarter after the things in progress and next up already.
5) It will be just for the creator of the community initially.
6) We have two different chats - one is threaded chats which works very similar to Discord or slack. You can add in your threads and each thread can be for different usecases. Second is direct & group chats - which functions very similar to WhatsApp. You will be able to send direct messages and also create private groups to chat with members you add.
7) Yes we have stripe integration
8) We will be introducing a complete course builder which can contain recorded courses. You will be able to sell and view the analtytics.
9) We provide add-ons to increase limitations in certain features.
10) They can create their own group chats. But remember they are different from threads in community chats which only admins can create.
11) It will be tiered membership concept. You will be able to charge members for subscription/ontime fee and add multiple tiers. Each having its own set of access. It will be released real soon. It is currently under QA. Once done we will release it.
12) We developed the whole platform that is currently live in the last 9 to 10 months. And updates keep flowing as well.
