I wish I could vote more, it sounded so promising back then...
I purchased Wylo Community in January 2024, drawn in by their promising roadmap and the anticipation of key features such as GDPR compliance and APIs. Unfortunately, the reality has not lived up to the promise. Despite several communications with Omnath, their CEO, the delivery of these features has been consistently delayed. I was assured that they would be available soon, possibly within a few weeks. However, to date, these crucial features remain undelivered, which is a real shame.
I'm sure you can understand how frustrating it is for me to have to wait so long for these features to be delivered. They're highly rated and requested by many users in the community, so it's not just a personal concern. It's also affected my confidence in the platform's future. It feels as though the Wylo Team may be abandoning the platform, leaving it in a perpetual beta state without the promised support and maintenance.
Moreover, the platform is riddled with bugs and suffers from extremely long loading times. Another thing that's been a bit of a hassle is that my community website is still hosted on Indian servers, even though I've asked them to move it to at least US servers a few times.
If it were still possible, I'd love to get a refund and think about returning if the platform gets better and lives up to its promises. As it stands, Wylo Community isn't quite there yet and could do with some improvements to be considered a reliable and feature-rich community platform.
