Q: Hi, im really excited about this multitasking System & the Tier 4 branding potentials.
I have a few questions, please:
1.) Is the Xbot watermark/logo removed only on the chat widget, or also the dashboards etc?
2.) Are there multiple chat widgets choices? Can they be customized, if so to what degree? And, can they be embedded on my domain or Cpanel? Ex: chat box or expanded full screen, fonts, colors, favicons and/or logo placement etc?
3.) In Tier 4 - If I do not use all of my various credits for all features - or all of my 10 chatbots per month, do they roll over. Ex: I use 7 chat-bots of the 10 in August - do the other 3 roll over to September, totaling 13 that I can make for sept?
4.) What is the meaning of Groups vs Teams?
5.) In Tier 4 - Can team members have their own granular permissions and roles (Owner, Manager, Agent) with access to various groups or chatbots and knowledge bases accordingly?
5.) Do you have blogs or articles for readable knowledge bases & for FAQ's or customers self-service feature/s?

1- The Xbot watermark/logo removed only on the chat widget
2- You can change logo, theme colors and behavior of your chatbot. You can also control its knowledge base. If you need custom services then we also provide Xbot as white label with custom features as demanded.
3- Suppose if you have 10 chatbots then it means you can have upto a grand total of 10 chatbots each month.
4- Teams and groups are the same. You can assign your team members to a perticular group.
