Q: Hi there a few questions..
Can you clarify the difference between chatbot and live chat?
What ticketing features are included? Is there a user limit for team members? Does it support ticket from email?
Do chatbots / live chats etc have your branding on them?
Any further info on the training data limit? 100MB may be plenty in some cases but with PDF files or large websites (scripts or pictures etc) wouldn't this be used up rather quickly?
What's your background and company background?

Sometimes AI may not provide the best support to your users so a human can and this feature allows humans to do so. You can get more information on the website.
Ticketing feature lets users raise ticket during convesation. Xbot can also raise tickets by undersating users' intent. You can alos manage tickets by assigning the tickets to your team members or groups.
I did not understand what did you mean by ticket from email?
Yes chatbots and Live chats have the branding. But if you choose our highest plan the branding will disappear.
If you need to train more data you can request us via mail and get additional credit for more data training. Only texts are get training in the data not images. So only text data of 100 mb will be trained regardless of images or pdf size.

Thanks! Ticket from email is a standard ticketing feature of most ticketing software allowing me to forward emails into a special email address to create a ticket. Basically thinking is it going to work as a full ticketing system or how it would fit into my software stack. Seems it may need another ticketing software alongside if you don't have that.
Also I would normally expect no branding on a paid software or at least for tier 2 that's just my feedback based on my experience here on Appsumo. It will be a deal-breaker for many.
Thanks for your feedback. I would look into it.
