How do you let us trust that the data in our private PDFs is not being stored/analyzed/retained/extracted by any of your tools' api calls ? Do you have a soc2 compliant company or otherwise show trustworthiness somehow? Asking because I want to use this for business, where keeping secrets a secret is required. Thanks for your thoughts & prioritizing this as a core starting point to a secure document ai platform.

May 3, 2025A: We use multiple industry-leading cloud providers: Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and MongoDB to host our PDF files and extracted data. All of which have the highest and most comprehensive security compliance and certifications.
Our data center region is located within the US, and all our data processors are SOC 2 Type II compliant. With that said, we are still in the process of obtaining SOC II certification if we find enough interest we can do the same before taking on your company/business load. For now you can test the platform with less critical documents and verify if it indeed solves your problem. You can drop an email at team@mlxai.co.in and we can discuss it further. of course temporary processing analyses/extraction is fine but it's surprising not to see any mention of privacy or security on the page yet. could be used for hobbies, based on what I see so far!

Hi Yash, thanks. My question was beyond storage: "stored/analyzed/retained/extracted by any of your tools' api calls". How many api calls or plugin/sdk/tools are analyzing or extracting our document data, and out of that number , how many do you have close pulse on the privacy policy? Are you commiting to never analyze our data for purposes outside of the immediate provisioning of your services?
