Q: Can I set up a template of information to be used over and over (with required small changes)
When you create a document (or page?) - can you copy that doc/page so that info can be used for another recipient or do I have to recreate from start again?
( I am assuming you can but just thought Id clarify first).
In other words, can I create a template of information for say Business A, copy paste it and then change the Business A info to business B info (just change logos, names etc) - Ie - I want to send 3 grape growers information on a new picking machine. Can I copy, paste, (change recipient details) and use the same doc info.
Cheers

Nov 19, 2024A: Great question! You have two easy ways to reuse information in Xtensio without starting from scratch:
1. Duplicate a Folio:
• Start by creating your base document (folio) with all the general information you want to include.
• Once it’s ready, you can duplicate it to create copies. Then, simply update the specific details like logos, names, or recipient information for each new recipient. This option is quick and perfect for one-off customizations.
2. Save as a Team Template:
• If you’ll be reusing the same structure often, you can save your base document as a team template. This way, you or your team can create new folios directly from the saved template. Each new folio will include the same design and content, which you can update as needed for each recipient.
Both options are great for situations like sharing details about a new picking machine with multiple grape growers. You can either duplicate and customize each document individually or create a reusable template for ongoing use.
