Q: Custom subdomain vs connected domains vs White label with your logo
I am trying to understand the difference or the more to the point the structure of these elements.
I know what they typically mean, but in the context of Xtensio, what do they mean?
For Tier 3 and 4:
➡️ Do you get (1) Custom subdomain for the primary/entire account?
➡️ If so, do you also get (5) or (15) connected domains so that you would have (6) or (16) total accounts?
➡️ And what does a "connected domain" mean if it "White label with your logo" is separate and only available to tier 4?
➡️ Would tier 4 then get (15) white-label connected domains?

Nov 5, 2024A: Happy to clarify how these elements work on Tiers 3 and 4:
Custom Subdomain: On both Tier 3 and Tier 4, we provide you with a custom subdomain under xtensio.com (e.g., “yourcompany.xtensio.com”). This subdomain applies to your entire Xtensio account, and your team members (and client guests) will log in using this custom subdomain, reflecting your branding across all folios in your workspace.
Connected Domains:
Tier 3: You can connect up to 5 of your own custom domains.
Tier 4: You can connect up to 15 of your own custom domains.
Connecting a domain allows you to publish your folios directly under your own domain, such as “client.yourcompany.com/folioname.” This setup offers greater flexibility and brand consistency for specific projects or client presentations.
White Label with Logo (Tier 4 only): On Tier 4, you can add your logo to replace the Xtensio logo on everyone’s dashboard, giving your workspace a fully branded look that appears professional to both clients and your team. Additionally, Tier 4 includes full white-labeling across all connected domains, with no Xtensio branding on shared links or embedded folios. I hope this helps clarify things! Let me know if you have more questions please.
Thank you for the prompt reply!!
So to clarify: "Tier 3: You can connect up to 5 of your own custom domains.
Tier 4: You can connect up to 15 of your own custom domains." means (5) or (15) separate brands. That is awesome! Are you able to easily change those connected domains as clients/brands turn over?
Absolutely. You can disconnect a domain and connect another one easily.
