Q: Truly white-label?

If the intention behind white labeling is to create a fully branded experience, I’m curious—why does Xtensio remain visible in certain areas, like collaborator logins (yourcompany.xtensio.com)?

The answer suggests that collaborators must still interact with Xtensio's infrastructure to make edits. But if the core purpose of white labeling is to empower businesses to fully own their identity, shouldn’t every interaction—internal and external—reflect the company’s brand?
I wonder, who is the solution truly designed for—the businesses seeking ownership of their branding or Xtensio itself as a platform? What would it take to align the product’s functionality with the promise of true white labeling?

A: Great question, and I appreciate your perspective! Xtensio’s white-labeling is designed to give businesses a fully branded experience for external sharing and publishing—meaning your clients and viewers only see your custom domain, branding, and design when accessing published content.

For internal collaboration, Xtensio still provides the infrastructure for editing and team management, which is why collaborator logins remain under yourcompany.xtensio.com. However, you can upload your logo, which replaces Xtensio branding where possible—including the dashboard, password screens, editor, and shared workspace links.

We’re continuously improving white-labeling in stages, and your feedback helps guide our next updates. If you have specific areas where you’d like deeper customization, let us know—we truly appreciate the input!
