Q: What is a folio?

I have a specific use case: I use a single PowerPoint template to create presentations for various clients. My question is, do 10 folios mean I can create 10 different presentations using the same template? Is one folio equivalent to one PowerPoint template, or does each folio represent an individual presentation? Am I misunderstanding this?"

A: A folio in Xtensio is essentially an individual document or project. It’s similar to a PowerPoint presentation but much more dynamic—it allows for real-time collaboration, live sharing, and interactive features.

For your use case:
You can absolutely use a single template to create presentations for various clients. In Xtensio, you can save a folio as a reusable template and then duplicate it as many times as you need to create new, client-specific presentations. Each new presentation you create would count as a separate folio.
