Domain connection issues are often due to missing or incorrect information in the external DNS setup, and we’ll work closely with you to resolve this as quickly as possible. And yes, the PDF export doesn’t support video playback, as our PDFs don’t allow interactive media (this is something we are working on improving)=, but the video will remain accessible in the live document link. For now, you can also include a link to your video in your PDF exports.
