Indeed, we do not support Chinese yet. So please change the name of the file and use characters from the Latin alphabet.
By the way, under the language settings (Settings > Language) you can choose English, Spanish, German, Dutch, Hungarian, and soon also French ✅

I think that it's not difficult to support Chinese characters in file names. Almost 99% apps support them. Only few cannot use Chinese file names.
Also hope the site has Chinese interface. It will be useful for Chinese users.
