One of the best tools that I can recommend if you are running a team or working on a corporate company. Yabbu app really solves my challenges to most of our meetings in the department. With the idea of asynchronous written communication, those quiet, reserved, and thoughtful team members can now express and share their ideas.

One of the features I like the most is that I no longer create minutes for me to submit to my CCO every time we conduct a meeting in my team! which is a time consuming one,

Lastly, it is ISO 27001 certified which I don't have to worry about our data stored in Yabbu and running meetings with those corporate companies that comply with ISO standards.

For many weeks Yabbu skimmed by under my radar. I did not think I will find it useful. But you can bet it does.

Communicated with the team to find out more details and it appears that the AS deal has unlimited meetings and unlimited participants. The users in each code are folks who can convey a meeting using Yabbu, everyone else is free to attend and add their thoughts.

For me, Yabbu is going to be a pre-meeting tool that will bring clarity and may even eliminate the need for a meeting altogether whilst have documentation in place.

I can see use cases for this for students, teachers, product leads, managers, researchers...pretty much everyone can benefit from this considering we are moving to a hybrid model where these meetings are on the rise.

Great UI, It brings clarity and simplicity. For the business owner or executive who wants to leverage the "obvious", saving time & money in his or her own business.
With the integrations (on the roadmap), it will be even more powerful

Meeting has always been more or less a waste of time. Different participants do not necessarily share the level of knowledge of a topic or their interest, so a significant percentage of the meetings is wasted for leveling that. With Yabbu, all participants start the session on the same level with the same predisposition. Meeting are value-adding and swift. Furthermore, some meetings do not need to happen since everything is agreed upon earlier via the platform.

It might seem very simple, but when it is put into practice it is very useful!

I have had the chance to test Yabbu on a free version on their website and it added magic to the team work. Today I bought their product.

The story behind: When we deal with teams, we always deal with different types of personalities; people who are detailed, others not. people who are visuals other who prefer to write. I see the Yabbu create a framework where those people have to fit the way they express themselves to a frame that everyone understands. it create some sort of middle language, a bridge. So people stop spending time arguing and make more time for creating.

All of this was by trying their free version. Now I bought their product and I will test it with the team and give you here feedback.

One thing I would loved to have is more multimedia option, a chat option inside the platform. I still feel tight. Another very important aspect is the white labeling and the ability to include it in my domain.

I have concerns about sharing sensitive meeting on this platform because the data is not hosted in my server...commercial secrets, new products... etc. I am confident that it is secure. I would appreciate an answer from the team.

All in all, I am very happy with this purchase. The team is very nice and responsive! They answered all my emails very fast and very kindly!
