Hello! I have a question about the "under the hood" tech before I buy.
Model Routing: You list OpenAI Sora and Google Veo as the engines. However, those official APIs have very strict safety filters (e.g., blocking deepfakes or public figure lip-syncs), yet your marketing materials show examples that would typically be blocked by them. Are you actually routing some requests to open-source models (like SadTalker or Kling) for these features?
Quality Consistency: If I buy the Lifetime Deal, am I guaranteed access to the official Sora/Veo models forever, or does the Terms of Service allow you to swap them out for cheaper models (like MiniMax/Hailuo) in the future if costs get too high?

Good question about model routing. We use a completely different set of models for lipsync "deepfake" videos. We never advertise these as using Veo-3 or Sora 2. You have the option to select between Sync-Max and Sync-Pro. The model that you select is the model that you get. If you've enabled the "fallback" feature, we'll send your request to a more permissive model only when your prompt is rejected 3x by the main model. We tell you when this happens.
As for the LTD, yes, you will get lifetime access to all models that correspond with your Tier. Each tier maps to one of our subscription plan's permissions. I.e. if we add Sora 3 to Creator, Tier 3 and 4 AppSumo users get access to Sora 3.
