commonQ: Why Should We Pay $279 Just to Monetize Our Own Creations?
Why are users forced to pay $279 just to unlock basic commercial rights when nearly every other AI video tool on AppSumo includes them from Tier 1? It feels backwards that paying customers in Tier 1 and Tier 2 can’t legally profit from the content they make — especially when Yapper is marketed as a creator tool. What’s the reasoning behind this restriction, and will you consider adding a reasonably priced commercial-use add-on for lower tiers instead of making everyone jump to Tier 3?
You don't actually have to worry about that. There is no possible copyright protections on AI generated content as per multiple court cases. Yapper has no legal basis to pretend they can gatekeep content monetization. Just a cash grab so you can ignore it.
