This loom clip, link below, kinda says it all: I used the create a prompt function from a viral video, which created a very sensible prompt. I chose to refine the prompt to make it better. I then asked for a video to be created - specified very clearly three different video shots to be included. Instead, for 74 credits used, I got a single video, with super cheesy music and rather than the captions that I provided, it converted them into complete gibberish across the screen.

So, I made my own in Canva for free. Took me 1.5 hours, but at least it's useable.

Support has been poor - no response to this issue.
