Disappointed - refunded
I really wanted this to be a win, but it wasn’t for me. The platform didn’t feel worth the time or hassle for my workflow, and I ended up requesting a refund.
Also, it’s hard to ignore that the deal’s credit structure was updated after launch to a one-time lifetime credit model with discounted top-ups, with users auto-moved to the new terms.
That kind of shift makes it tough to trust the long-term value.
Glad refunds are straightforward, but overall this was a miss for me.

On the credit structure update, I get why that raised an eyebrow. Any change after launch needs to be handled clearly, and customers should always feel confident they’re getting the value they signed up for.
Plenty of folks are getting great mileage out of Yapper, but your experience matters just as much. Appreciate you giving it a shot and sharing your perspective.
