Frustrating to use
Been using and testing the platform for a few days so far, haven’t found any competitive advantages over generic platforms like veo 3.
Worst of all, there’s no proper knowledge base or complete step by step onboarding for features like deepfake or lip sync or even how to get the most out of these features (or just to get started)
Sure there’s an “articles” section, but as an AI video company, you don’t have YouTube video tutorials, how-to-use guide whether in text format or video, any social media presence, a community support area for questions…very frustrating for a new user
and the audio generator (the voice clone) is awful, amongst one of the worst I’ve got. And I’ve tested a few voice samples which worked perfectly fine on other platforms

We hear your feedback relating to tutorials. We are bringing on new team members specifically for creating a base of tutorial articles and videos to make our platform easier to use for creator without prior.
We’ve already posted three new short tutorials videos in the past two days which can be found on our tutorials page: https://yapper.so/articles. I hope this helps you get a better sense for how to use the platform.
One of the biggest value adds of Yapper is that we offer support for models in one platform, which generic platforms like Google’s Veo-3 platforms don't. To get access to tools combined in Yapper, users would need to maintain a dozen platform subscription, all of which are routinely releasing new models that outrank others. One subscription to Yapper essentially guarantees that our users have access to the top models at any given time! We also focus on providing useful real-world templates for viral content and UGC ads. We spend a lot of time finding which formats are actually possible to recreate (& successfully post) with AI so you don't have to.
We're sorry you had a bad experience with audio. This is surprising because we've had very few customer issues with voice cloning and custom audio. It would useful if you could email hello@yapper.so with the details of your generation. We'll do our best to find the issue so you have a better experience moving forward.
