Short story long. I've had a rather bad streak with some recent AppSumo deals in the AI arena. I mean it's to be expected. It's what I'm calling a "gold rush of wrappers" on the plethora of AI tools and models out there - there are SO MANY bad ones and a few gems that pop up - but they are rare.

So ... after going through a test drive and eventual refund of another product - I had credits burning in my pocket and I happened to see Yapper. I thought it was a neat gimmick, with interesting possibilities but not sure how I could use it in my business and personal life. But something told me to just jump in and give it a shot and I went "all in".

My first video was for a personal joke between some business partners where I did a "celebrity lip sync" regarding - quite frankly - joking about a funny situation with a business colleague. I didn't read instructions, or go through the tutorial and wrote a pretty simple prompt and what came of that absolutely blew me away. ONE SIMPLE PROMPT generated a script and a video that was "eerily accurate", on point, and funny as Hades (AS won't let me use the other H word ... for real? HA HA)

SO after that I literally took a day to dive into Yapper and yeah, burned through some credits by screwing around, making mistakes, testing things and trying different parts of the system - and as I did that, I got a TON of ideas on how to use this to help my business, my wife's business and my CLIENTS - yeah, not just for making jokes with friends - but real, honest to goodness monetization!

Are there aspects to the system that need some tweaking and help? Of course ... and many of them are mentioned here about better "editing" and other ways to make the user interface easier, and more user friendly ... but that is what you get when you are an early adopter.

I do wish there were more detailed tutorials, but again, I'm expecting more things to be added, and the "user experience" will be enhanced.

What I love the best is the developer is SUPER active and responsive and THAT is very rare in this world of LTDs lately!

For the price? T4 is a steal ... (Just wish I waited for my $25 quarterly AppSumo Plus credit to arrive before I purchased HAHAHA) - but I was so intrigued I HAD to snag it anyway!
