Q: Hi.

I see that this deal includes all future solo updates for life. Checking your roadmap here https://www.yayimages.com/about-us.html (it's impressive, by the way) I have a few questions relating to this deal, all of these questions are about what will be included in the solo plan, more precisely what we will have access to without having to pay extra in the future. I hope you will take your time to answer all of them. Thanks.

1) Will we have the ability to download files in PNG format when that feature is launched?

2) In september, you plan to add 300k templates. What kind of templates is this, and will we be able to download them? Will the extended license apply to these?

3) What about the fonts and 3D models also planned in September, will this be included? Will the extended license apply to these?

4) What are the "new audio features" planned in November, and will these features be included? Will the extended license apply to these?

At last: I see several reviews both here on Appsumo (also earlier deals) and on Trustpilot stating that you have charged credit cards of people that has ended their subscriptions and that you do not reply to their inquiries. Also, there are claims that you give perks or pay for good reviews (Trustpilot). You have not published any comments or replies to any of these allegations. Before I refund my 123RF deal and start stacking codes with you, I need to know what kind of company I'm giving my money to. Do you have a response to this?

Hi

For this deal we include future updates to vectors, images and HD videos. Within our vectors there are lots of great templates and future updates to vector templates included. We are in the early stages of negotiating details for other verticals (misc templates , audio etc) so we could not provide a guarantee as to what you would have access to.

Regarding reviews that state we have charged credit cards. I’d like to set the record straight, we offered extended trials of up to one year of no-charge access. These trials required a credit card and if they were not canceled they were billed accordingly. We do offer refunds in some cases if a customer reaches out to us within 30 days of upfront payment, without making downloads. We have not billed anyone after they clicked cancel in their profile nor those who sent a support request for cancellation. If a subscription is not explicitly canceled, it is billed. After it’s billed we distribute 50% of the income to our contributors. We are reviewing the business practice of free trials and due to the negative experience/feedback we have stopped offering any free trials on any of our products for quite some time already.

I’d like to note that we have never paid for reviews. We do occasionally ask people for reviews and we have given out bonuses or beta access to some of our most appreciated customers :)
