in the Updates from Yay Images section of the Deal you have mentioned:
"We do provide financial guarantees in the case of a dispute to our customers in some cases, which includes refund of net licensing fees paid or up to $25k in assistance. If the account is not purchased directly through YayImages then the amount shall be the lesser."

From this, to me, it seems that $25k in assistance will not be included in purchases through Appsumo and the protection would be capped at the net licensing fees paid, is this the case? and if it is not the case, why you have mentioned the above in the deal? Appreciate if you can clarify, since I saw a similar question which was asked before but it is still unanswered.
