Very promising product

I was actively looking for some product like this, so this came really at the right moment. I needed something that would allow me to have ONE number, and give anyone in the team the ability to answer it.

Issues I have:

1. Notifications are probably the most underrated issue here. If a team is prevalently "on the go", then a simple notification as a pop-up on the mobile phone is not nearly enough. It's imperative that the phone actually rings and keeps ringing until someone picks it up!! This is my main issue at the moment. Maybe the mobile apps will solve this?

2. The requirement to have a valid Italian identity document is not listed, as it should, as a requirement to get an Italian number.

3. Integration with QnA are restricted to English and German.

4. Any tricks to teach the engine to recognize some custom words, like brand name or team member names? If a member has a foreign name, then the transcriptions can get quite funny...

5. Voicemail countdown should start when music starts playing, NOT from the call start! Also, I would love to play a feedback before the music starts (e.g. "I understood your request, will forward your call to a team member, please hold the line... (then music starts).

Now the good points:

-. Support staff is very helpful

-. Overall voice quality is good, text-to-speech and speech recognition too. Waiting music sounds good :D

-. This is something that is fun to work with, and can bring real value.
