1. Before starting to write a book, does the dashboard display a quote showing the number of available credits?
2. I’m considering starting with Tier 1. If the monthly credits are not sufficient, can I use BYOK to add the missing credits?
3. Finally, does writing in languages other than English (such as Italian, Spanish, French, or German) require more credits?

Edited Sep 29, 2025A: 1. Yes, you get a detailed breakdown of what credits charges are applied based on the features, word count, etc.
2. 200K credits should be enough for uploading a source of around 50K words, generating 2 books of 70K word each (OK word count for a book). I think that's enough to see if it works for you.
3. Yes, many users use Youbooks to write in other languages. Include the desired language in the prompt, or, write the prompt in Spanish!
