Q: Questions about the editor
I have now made two attempts to generate a book with Tier 3 (80,000 credits). I have included five source documents. However, the book creation wizard displays the message: ‘You have not yet added a source’. Below this is a link to add a source. I use this to add another source. But the message remains: ‘You have not added any sources yet’.
You explained that the editor can be exited after starting and the book will still be created. But that doesn't seem to work. After the first attempt, nothing happened – everything was empty. The second attempt has been running for two hours now and no progress is shown. The editor says: Done – ‘There is nothing here’. I'm afraid that all my entries will be deleted if I exit the process again. So do I have to leave the connection running day and night? That's not practical.

Oct 17, 2025A: Hi, we are looking into the issue with the sources. Please reach out to us via the customer support widget on the website (bottom, right corner). We do not have account information on this q&a wall, because everything is anonymous.
On the second issue, we actually had a 3 hour downtime which you run into. Everything you submitted was recorded even though it would not appear if you refreshed, and your projects are well under way. If you submitted a project twice or more (being buzzled of why it did not show up) let us know and we will refund those credits (you also get the books of course). Again, you need to reach out via support.
Apologies for the short downtime - I know it can be frustrating when it's your first time using the product and you don't know what to expect.
