We are actually thinking about re-positioning the one-shot writing engine (the workflow) as a "draft" tool, as you called it, and layering an agentic editor on top that will allow customers to tune the draft to their liking. This would bring in the "missing piece" that is "more control" over the output.
As you pointed out, Youbooks should not be used for academic projects. I want to add another reason for that, that is the lack of in-text citations. This is by design.
