We've done our share of customer psychology research and we've arrive to the conclusion that there are two basic user archetypes. Those that see AI as a computer or program which always does what you ask it to do, and those that see it as something more organic and imperfect.

Customers in category (1) will get frustrated with small issues in the content. For them, it's like pressing a button on an order form and getting an error back. People have been getting "trained" to expect that programs will always "work" perfectly, so, getting used to "errors" is not easy. For them, an issue is an objective thing that the AI should have never done.

And then there are customers of category (2). They seize the opportunity for what it is and find ways to make their workflows more efficient.

As youbooks, all we can do is push towards the frontier. Of course, we are human too, and at times, getting a bad review for not delivering something that no human or AI has ever been able to do (yet), is kind of f*** disheartening, but then, for every such review there or many others that lift us up, so, thank you again!
