- I just also refunded all 5 codes. Too bad as it looks like a great app. Two days in a row, site inaccessible. Email to support went unanswered. Appsumo should have vetted this company as it seems short lived.
- I have just REFUND 3 codes for your bad customer service I have written 3 times and they have not responded. Because by activating 3 codes, only 2 codes have given me the value. I asked for help and clarification. In their chat it says that in 3 hours they return, other times they say that they are active and they do not respond either. Neither in 3 nor in 4 days. In short, you are not reliable for us to give good support, that is why we have returned the 3 codes. And there are as many survey APPs and in APPSUMO they come out as 3 as yours. There is NO problem for us to return the codes for their bad SUPPORT. And we already have 2 survey APPs we just wanted to have more for a change. We have stayed with another a third APP that is 'QWARY' that are great and respond very fast. Well, as you can see, we have not left any negative testimony.
