Can I create a test with 10 questions let’s say about your kind of entrepreneurship and at the end the user will receive a pdf or link with the result of their answers?
Is Youengage integrated with Adilo? Acadle? Spayee?
Can be used in recorded courses with a link? Or only in live events?
If a user answer 3 quizzes will mark as 3 answer. Correctly?

1) We don't generate any PDFs with results, users can see final results or score at the end screen, you can also use our integrations and for example, send all data to your email system and then send him an email with results.
2) We don't have direct integration with mentioned tools but feel free to put requests on our product roadmap: https://trello.com/b/1crNnri5/youengage-roadmap
3) You can use it as standalone interactive experiences using our Project feature or put this into live mode using the Events part.
4) Yes each response is all answers by a user per project so in your example it will be 3 respones
