Q: Hello, Great product, but it needs a bit of UI enhancements.

Here are my suggestions and questions.

To start, I compared your test page: https://youengage.me/p/60281a8f976c780100000179 to TypeForm's test page:  https://www.typeform.com/templates/t/follow-up-survey-template/

Here are my findings.

1.) Conversational Vertical Flow:  Currently the way the questions are displays is in a  horizontal slider flow.  In my opinion, a vertical conversational flow looks "much better" and it has a "more natural" conversational flow.  Is there a setting to configure the question in a vertical conversational flow?  If not, will commit you adding it?

2.) Font: Is there an option to change the Font Size and Font Type?  If not, will commit you adding it?

3.) CSS Styling: Is there a way to "remove the box" around the questions?  If not, will commit you adding it?

4.) Form Fill Text Font:  Is there an option to make the font for any "instructional form fill text", a lighter color, as in the TypeForm's example?   If not, will commit you adding it?

5.) Remove YouEngage Branding: Will we be able to change the Logo along with the domain name of our instance of YouEngage to reflect our agency's domain with cName configuration? If not, will commit you adding it?

6.) Workspaces: Is there a way to configure workspaces / sub-accounts for our Agency's clients with user log-in access ? If not, will commit you adding it?

Best of luck to you guys!
Thanks so much,
Lenny

A: Hi, first thank you for the feedback and your suggestion here is my answers to your questions:

1) So in terms of horizontal/vertical approach indeed there are two schools, we have conversational more like "chatbot" and "stories" like more infotainment horizontal swipe approach. We as an interactive platform have roots more into the second one so stories like approach so right now there an only horizontal option, but we introduce more and more functions around logic and conversational approach so our goal is to have both options and you as the user will decide what approach suits your exact use case.

2) In terms of font size we have 3 stage options for size so: normal, medium, and big. There is few font face option but shortly we will put Google Fonts on production so you will be able to choose from a big library of fonts.

3) We do not allow to put CSS but you can change colors and transparency either background and border on answers element so there is lot's of design option in that configuration

4) We have a little bit different approach to input inline labels than Typeform so don't know if lighter color makes sense in our case but for sure we will look at it.

5) In terms of branding and custom domain you can do all of this now without a problem. There is an option to disable our branding or put yours in any project, and you can have different branding per project/event. In terms of a custom domain, it's on the account level so you can setup your own custom domain for all projects and events, and of course, it's in your domain so for example quizzes.yourdomain.com. I am emphasizing it because as I know Typeform custom domain means: yourname.typeform.com

6) Right now there are no options for workspaces and sub-accounts but this is very high on our product roadmap: https://trello.com/b/1crNnri5/youengage-roadmap

Hope my answers were helpful for you :)

How many codes would we need to stack to receive sub-accounts in the future?

@tawni, our current plan is that there will be an option for 1 user in the starter plan, 3 in professional, and 5 in business. Of course, there will be also an option to buy additional seats.

1.) So if we purchase 3 Codes, we'll "only" get 5 sub-accounts?

2.) What will be the cost of additional seat post this LTD?

Thanks,
Lenny
