I've been using this app for a couple of months. The support is terrible. I asked some simple questions such as how to change my email (I cannot find way to change it in the setting), etc. and I have got no answered for weeks and months.
I am very surprised by the malfunction of the tool. Its usability is not intuitive and the configuration options are very limited. I was expecting something else. In addition, online customer service does not resolve doubts and treats you as a favor.

I've been using Youengage since the first day... I actually bought it when it was 4screens (engagenow and enagegeform). This new UI and UX are amazing. I think that they grew up a lot doing the logic option, so you can create amazing, amazing polls, quizes and surveys. I'm very happy that we're still having the event options. I used it with amazing results in my event. I created an amazing survey to understand what people wanted to know about. Amazing, amazing experience. One of the best marketing options are the leads, which you'll have to create new lists for email marketing. This is not only a survey creator, it's a complete lead creator, doing of Youenagage one of the best tools in terms of price-service. The customer service is amazing and I'm sure that you won't have any problem. The whitelabel option is great and you'll love it too. Rafael
I was pleasantly surprised how easy YouEngage is to use and implement. It has features that really makes it into a powerful engagement tool. Plus it can be easily customized with images and your brand logo (Tier 2 +).
I really like their conditionally logic and scoring feature which allows you to create unique forms that you can use to engage web visitors and generate leads.
The youengage team are responsive and engaging, especially Narine.
I am confident this app will continue to grow and develop into a very powerful engagement tool for marketers and for businesses.
This one is also amazing. Got a few other similar platforms like my most recently reviewed is Zonka Feedback and this one rivals that one (and Aidaform) in terms on how gorgeous the surveys appear. Just take a look at this sample feedback form:
