I have been using youengage for about a month now! I conduct training sessions that includes surveys and polling. I have specifically used youengage in lieu of SurveyMonkey and MS Forms for pre-workshop polls. I plan to work on using youengage for in session polls as well.

The survey is much more engaging and inviting - and it is much easier to use skip logic for the surveys. I love the images and participant view - it makes taking the survey a much better experience.

I have tinkered with the live events feature, still getting the hang of it, I think there are some opportunities here as the polling is a little limited, but based on what I see with surveys and their roadmap - I am sure this is going to be better to use than PollEverywhere or other polling solutions that cost much more.

I think this is a great value if you have a need for engaging participants of workshops before, during, and after the event (with the caveat that the polling is currently limited for during the workshop).
