Been using youengage when it had it's previous name. It's a good tool and gives you a high limits.

Lots of interesting tools and features for templates to get you started quickly.
Features I would like to see are team settings and subaccounts or branding organization.

Overall I'm excited to see all the new features. Also better designs for the surveys would be nice.
