Typeform alternative

I bought this as an alternative to Typeform, the deal is such a good value I started at Tier 3. I'm already paying $50+/mo on Typeform so I figured even at Tier 3 I'm breaking even pretty quickly.

It's not as fully developed as Typeform, which is to be expected, but it does show a lot of promise. So far I've only set up one Survey that I plan to use for an upcoming in-person event. I haven't had a chance to test the logic-jumping yet or creating interactive components for an online presentation but I am really looking forward to trying both.

Overall, YE is very easy to use and setup. I love at the end it gives you a QR code to download and share your form. It's not hard to create a QR code, but it's a nice touch that it saves me a few extra steps especially since this is exactly how I plan on sharing the survey I created.

I ran into a few quirks, but I assume these will be fixed over time or may have even been user error since I'm new to the system and just dove straight in.

- When you finish a form, the Submit button is already there on the last question. With Typeform, it won't appear until after you have chosen an answer. With YE, I couldn't tell if the answer I chose was actually selected before hitting Submit. There is no indication of which answer you've selected, so I didn't know if it took my answer or if I had chosen the right one until I pulled up the results to review the answers after submitting the form.

- I wanted to make a plain white background for my form but couldn't figure out how to remove the wallpaper. Fortunately, there was one pretty close to white, but it doesn't feel as easy to customize the design to my brand unless I want to upload my own background image. (This could've just been new user issues)

- I hope they'll add some additional question types like Statement, File Upload (approved on roadmap), Yes/No, etc.

I've primarily used Typeform and Outgrow for my form creations, but YE feels like the easiest one to get started with. I'm not sure I'll run out and cancel my Typeform subscription yet, which is what I was hoping for, but this definitely seems like it's on the way to being a solid replacement.

If you use Typeform or plan to, this is a great deal and will definitely pay off in the long run. If you use things like Google Forms, buy this immediately and give your forms and upgrade.

ROADMAP: Payment integrations with Stripe and Dropdown options are currently "under consideration", I hope they'll approve these.
