Here are my answers :
1) You can choose any video you want as they fit the requested format from the invitation pop up. When scrolling down, you can see an “add video” button.
2) Unfortunately, we can’t integrate YourCharlie with WooCommerce. But we know who can ! Go to see Rec Reviews our partner https://recreviews.com/ ;)

4) Our credit system works like this: you receive a (blocked) testimonial in the dashboard. To view it, you need to unlock it using 25 credits. Our first credit pack allows you to unlock 3 video testimonials. Once they’ve been used up, you’ll need to buy another pack of credits to unlock further video testimonials. With AppSumo, you can reset your credits every month. For example, with 3 AppSumo codes, your counter will be reset to 375 credits every month.
5) Actually, you can use French, Spanish and English characters. Maybe one day we’ll add other languages and characters !
