Thanks for asking, I’ll do my best to answer you.
- German is not available yet, we have no one around us using German so it’s hard for us to have a good translation. But we’re discussing on adding other languages.
- Unfortunately, we cannot remove the YourCharlie trademark. We act as a trusted third party. In the same way as a text review site, we have to show the origin of the testimonial in order to fight against fake reviews, deep fakes and AI-generated reviews. Leaving the brand is proof that the video testimonial is authentic, based on user-generated content.
- Thanks for the idea, we’ve been thinking about it. Maybe in the future of YourCharlie, you’ll see it appear, who knows!
- Sorry for that, I’m telling the support team to see what’s wrong with the onboarding’s language. It should be in English when creating an english account. My apologies.
